My approach to therapy
I always start from your unique situation and adapt the therapy to your needs. We work together to create a safe and trusting space where you can explore both challenges and resources.
Sometimes we work with short courses that focus on concrete challenges. Other times we delve deeper into patterns and themes that lie behind the problems you are experiencing, to strengthen your self-understanding and personal development. I believe that therapy must be practical, so that you not only experience insight, but also concrete changes in your everyday life.
In my work, I use well-documented methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). At the same time, I emphasize creating an approach that takes into account the whole of you – your thoughts, feelings, values and relationships.
My goal is to help you navigate the challenges you face and strengthen your ability to live a life that feels meaningful and authentic
